The Day of Syn Society is an independent organisation which runs the event to raise money for charities including the local Demelza House Hospice and kind-of-local RNLI. Well, Dymchurch is only the thickness of a wall away from the sea! Their official website is to be found at Dymchurch Day of Syn.The ChurchThe local Church, St Peter and St Paul's is involved in the Day of Syn event, holding Evensong in the seventeenth-century fashion.
